Me Welburn joined the team at Noël et Associés in September 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced within an international technology company and at a world-renowned research institute specializing in artificial intelligence.
Me Welburn completed her Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Sherbrooke and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018.
