Me Verner joined the firm Noël et Associés in January 2006 and is now a partner. Me Verner practices primarily in the field of civil and commercial litigation, specifically in banking law, the law of security interests, real estate law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, and property law. In this capacity, Me Verner has pleaded before all levels of court in Quebec.
In recent years, Me Verner has frequently acted on behalf of several financial institutions regarding the enforcement of security interests as well as seizures of movable and immovable property. He has also developed extensive expertise in negotiation and judicial representation for commercial disputes involving both landlords and tenants.

Me Verner also holds a degree in common law, having completed the National Program at the University of Ottawa.
