Our firm is built on solid foundations. Several of our lawyers have, in fact, been appointed to the judiciary. In addition to founders Simon Noël and Robert Décary, appointed as judges to the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal respectively, Dominique Goulet was appointed to the Superior Court of Quebec in 2007, while Jean Faullem was first appointed to the Court of Quebec in 2013 and then to the Superior Court of Quebec in 2019, Sylvie Roussel was appointed to the Federal Court in 2015, and Stéphane Tremblay was appointed to the Court of Quebec in 2019.
