Nicolas Thibault-Bernier assists entrepreneurs in starting and growing their businesses. He advises them on their corporate structure, financing, intellectual property issues, and civil liability risks, taking into account their resources and the strategic challenges of their industry. He has been involved in reviewing and drafting various commercial contracts, as well as working on financing, particularly in the venture capital sector.
In addition to this practice, Me Thibault-Bernier regularly pleads before the courts. He handles various types of mandates, including collection cases, construction disputes, shareholder disputes, lease and divided co-ownership disputes, manufacturer and seller civil liability disputes, and civil liability disputes involving securities brokers and their representatives. He also represents various stakeholders in bankruptcy and proposal cases.
Me Thibault-Bernier is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke’s Law and Biotechnology program, which includes in-depth training in molecular biology and modern biotechnology, along with a full legal studies program.
